Ube Coconut Cloud

  • 5 g Satori Sip Ube
  • 40 ml hot water
  • 180 ml Oatly Coconut
  • 10–15 ml hazelnut syrup (optional)
  • 30–40 ml Oatly Coconut foam
  • a pinch of ube on top

Preparation

  1. Dissolve 5 g ube in 40 ml hot water into a smooth paste.
  2. Add 8 ml hazelnut syrup (1 pump).
  3. Heat 180 ml Oatly Coconut and pour it into the cup.
  4. Top with 30–40 ml coconut foam.
  5. Garnish with ube powder + DaVinci White Chocolate sauce.

Matcha vanilla cappuccino

Matcha vanilla cappuccino

  • 3 g Satori Sip Matcha
  • 60 ml warm water
  • 180 ml Oatly Vanilla
  • Oatly Vanilla foam

Preparation

  1. Whisk 3 g matcha with 60 ml water.
  2. Heat 180 ml Oatly Vanilla to around 60–65°C.
  3. Froth it well — the goal is a dense, velvety foam.
  4. Pour the matcha into the cup.
  5. Add the warm milk.
